The application and video submission deadline was February 7, however, we still accept late submissions with the late application fee of $10.
Simple phone recordings proved to be of decent quality, no special equipment is needed. We accept YouTube videos only. Videos have to be in horizontal format, YouTube shorts will not be accepted.

We can accept a limited amount of students for the Live Audition. Please register early and do not wait for an application deadline, as we will close the registration for live auditions once the capacity is reached. At that point, we will accept registrations for the Video Audition only.

Grand Prix Winners are invited to perform at the Weill Recital Hall of Carnegie Hall.
The recitals will be on the following dates:
- Saturday, March 22 at 12:00 pm
- Saturday, March 29 at 12:00 pm
- Saturday, March 29 at 5:30 pm
- Saturday, April 5 at 7:30 pm
Grand Prix winners will be able to register for any concert at the Grand Prix, Grand Prize, or Gold Prize levels, depending on the family's schedule preference.

Grand Prix and Grand Prize Winners are invited to perform at the Victor Borge Hall at the American-Scandinavian Foundation.

We understand that not all Grand Prix winners will choose to perform at Carnegie Hall, so we will offer this performance opportunity to other students based on the adjudicator's recommendations.

Once we receive all registrations and finalize the concert schedule, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred concert time.

This Virtual Recital showcases the talents of our students through a professionally compiled video featuring their performances. Each student’s video submission will be part of a special presentation, premiering on our YouTube channel.
Students will receive awards based on their audition results, recognizing their achievements. While there is no live performance, this virtual format allows students, families, and friends to enjoy the recital anytime, from anywhere in the world.
The Virtual Recital video will posted on the Music-Fest YouTube channel at the end of our 2024-25 season.
